Why hellloooo there, I’m the Monica behind MonicaOnTheGo. I am many things, including a distance runner, mediocre triathlete, tea lover, coffee addict, dog mamma, hubby snuggler, race addict, 30 year old, stay at home mom, living in sunny Cleveland, OH!
For many years I blogged about being a newbie triathlete (trainingtotri.blogspot.com), but I wanted to start a blog dedicated to health and fitness, so in Dec 2009 I launched MonicaOnTheGo. I hope to help inspire others leading busy lifestyles to cook and eat clean and get out there and move their bodies. Eat Less, Move More! When I was pregnant with Harper I managed to gain over 50 lbs, but I was able to lose it all in 5 months by switching to my diet to mostly real foods and training for my second marathon.
